Free Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Supplier-Specific Policies

While we generally offer a 24-hour cancellation window, some tours or experiences may have more stringent cancellation policies, including cancellation deadlines earlier than 24 hours.

These supplier-specific policies may be:

clearly disclosed on the tour listing and/or at checkout
binding once a booking is completed

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific cancellation terms of the tour they book. Please contact the provider when in doubt.

Platform Fees

Any applicable platform or payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
